Cancellation Policy

1. Customizable Experience Each VIP event is tailored to your group’s preferences. You’ll work directly with our team to select themes, painting designs, and any additional offerings such as specialty drinks or entertainment (at an additional charge). 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling For VIP events, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a 10% plus HST non refundable charge, and rescheduling will be subject to a 10% event fee. 3. Reservation Finalization Final guest count, special requests, and any event customizations must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. After this time, no changes to the booking can be made. 4. Age Requirement For adult VIP events, all guests must be 18 or older. For family-friendly VIP events, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. 8. Alcohol Consumption Alcohol will be available for VIP guests. All attendees wishing to consume alcoholic beverages must provide valid ID. Please enjoy responsibly, and note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. 9. Health & Safety We take the safety of our guests seriously. Our team ensures that the venue is clean and adheres to all health protocols. Hand sanitizers will be available, and all supplies are sanitized before and after use. 10. Event Photography As a VIP guest, you may be photographed during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any photos, please notify our team in advance. 11. All-Inclusive Event Package Your VIP package includes all necessary supplies, materials, and premium perks. Any additional purchases (extra beverages, special entertainment, etc.) can be arranged during the planning phase. 12. Clean-Up Our team handles all set-up and clean-up. You and your guests can full
